One of the very few functional fitness gyms in Bangalore. The workouts are great! Big focus on Calisthenics with supplemental days of strength, mobility, explosiveness and cardiovascular endurance focus. The coaches are awesome! Very friendly, family-like vibe that makes you want to workout. I look forward to mine! What more can you ask for? Highly recommend CaliOG if you’re looking for a functional fitness style gym.
